Really really good! I'm and artist and I enjoyed the artsy aspect to it.

Truly Impressive, Beautiful Must-See

Spectacular, hauntingly beautiful images impress and keep you entertained. PROS: All the hype about this oil-painted movie isn't exaggerated. It really is something you don't want to miss. While the storyline isn't packed with action, it is full of (literally) painted memories that really make you think. Although the film is about Van Gough's death, it really feels light and uplifting. CONS: A bit slow at times. Would definitely be less exciting to someone who isn't interested in art. FOR PARENTS: Unfortunately, at least one character is drinking or smoking in pretty much every scene. This was much more common during the time though, so it doesn't feel that uncomfortable.
