Just beware language is more than just mild in parts...
There are at least two instances of the word Sh*t in this movie. I was a little surprised given that the rating on here said, "crap" and "jerk" were the worst. There is also "son of a b*tch". I really think they should update this. Just be aware if your kids are not used to hearing such language, as mine aren't.
Since Kids can’t possibly relate to the working Dad and stay home Mom partnership, most of the ironies will be missed by people under 30. But everyone will pick up on the basic premise that being a stay home Mom isn’t a vacation as Jack “Michael Keaton” soon discovers.
The movie is full of dated technology but like with many classic comedies, simple straight forward humor is timeless. This movie is full of lines that stand the test of time “Yea, 220,221 whatever it takes” All the characters work perfectly in their roles and the movie never gets old. Something you can watch once a year and still enjoy.
