Pretty decent movie. Is it one of the best horror movies? No, probably not. Would I recommend it? Yes. The movie is definitely for ages 13+, a lot of blood, gore, some drinking and the idea that two women are having sex to live rent free. But something younger kids might not pick up on. Has some jump scares and pretty good ending. Hope this helped.

Not the best, very violent, no sex

Everyone is writing reviews about how this contain sex, but from a 13 year olds perspective most kids won’t be able to pick up on the hints. Sex isn’t shown nor mentioned in the entire movie. Just one scene where adults could maybe guess that the 2 women are having sex to pay for rent. Besides that it wasn’t really scary, it was more violent than anything. Very violent and bloody, would not recommend for kids under 13. Contains lots of blood, someone being thrown down a stairs, someone’s head being smashed, people getting stabbed, and someone’s ankle being broken. Also there is some smoking, abuse, cursing (the f word), and drinking. Again I don’t recommend this movie in general, not really scary. The monster is more weird than scary and you should probably spend your time on an actually scary movie.
