Hilarious slapstick movie, best for 13 and 14
Hilarious 80s classic! Fine for most 13 year olds, might be better for 14. I watched it when I was twelve and I am fine. Many innuendo references many scenes where topless women are shown, this is where the nudity is in the movie. All of the nudity is comical and played for laughs. Some profanity, but if you can get past the innuendo and nudity, you can get past the language. The first of the 7 police academy movies is by far the most inappropriate/ least tame, but also by far the funniest and best of the series.

Police Academy Review
Police Academy was one of the most top grossing films of 1984. Police academy is directed by Hugh Wilson and stars Steve Guttenberg (Mahoney) and Bubba Smith (Moses) and many more. Some consider Police Academy a "must see classic". However, I have mixed feelings about this film. Although thought it was very enjoyable and funny, I don't think it is a film I would choose to see again. I don't find it very rewatchable. The jokes are funny the first time you hear them, but they are not very funny the second time.
I think this film is OK for teens 14 and up because there is not very much violence, but there is quite a bit of nudity.

Incredibly funny cop spoof has nudity and a bit of profanity
Police Academy is a funny classic movie that doesn’t take cops literally. There is some peril and violence, but nothing to worry about. The main issue is nudity, since there are instances of women with their breasts shown. Some profanity but is very close to PG-13 rating. It is very tame compared to other R rated movies. Older teens will definitely enjoy this movie.

Good Movie, except for one thing...
I think this movie was great! It was really funny. But, there was alot of nudity, but other than that, it's fine.

Pretty Good, not for younger children
It is another very funny 80s movie. I saw the censored version, but uncensored it would probably be a low "R" rating, with one scene of a women's locker room in the background, and an offscreen hooker surprising a policeman giving a speech. The language isn't that bad for a rated "R" film, with maybe one or two f**ks and a few minor swears. It is good for teens, not so much for younger kids (as my sister didn't understand and was grossed out by many scenes in the movie).
