Rated 18 (very strong gore, horror, violence).

MAIN CONTENT ISSUES - There are sustained sequences and grisly images of gore and bloody injury. Such scenes include a sequence in which a man graphically beats and breaks his own foot with a heavy ceramic toilet lid, a sequence in which a man is forced to rip chains from his entire body causing sight of his skin/flesh to tear and blood to spurt from the wounds, a scene where a woman has her rib cage ripped in half causing chunks of flesh to fly out of her body and her internal organs to spill out onto the floor, and a particularly prolonged sequence where a man has each of his limbs and eventually his head slowly twisted by a machine causing his bones to snap out of their sockets and protrude from his flesh and skin as well as blood to pour from the wounds. There is also a long, very graphic and gory surgery scene where a woman performs an operation to relieve pressure on a man's brain, leading to sight of his skin, flesh, skull and brain tissue being cut into with very bloody detail. There is very strong horror and disturbing moments, as many scenes throughout the film involve people screaming and crying in pain while they suffer horrific injuries while in "traps"; there is a sustained, significant focus on the suffering and torture of the victim as they anticipate their demise. There are also some scenes of graphic strong violence, often resulting in bloody injury, such as a woman having her head repeatedly slammed against a concrete wall, a woman kicking a man's broken foot so that the bone cracks and it bends out of place, and a man having his throat cut by a circular buzzsaw causing gory bloodshed. | OTHER ISSUES - There is use of strong language throughout ("f*ck"), as well as a directed use of very strong language ("c*nt"), and frequent use of milder terms. There are frequent references to the death of a child after being accidentally hit by a car. There are some bloody images of self-harm including a woman cutting her wrists with a razor blade. There is a scene containing full-frontal female nudity, although it is not sexual in context. | RATED "18" - Suitable only for persons aged 18 years and over. Contains content recommended for viewing by adults only.

The butt review

This movie has a lot of action and more gore. With jigsaw trapping them and making them kill themselves and get tortured. A lot of bad language and blood

Not that bad

I actually enjoy these movies. I've watched all of them and I can't say that one of them is better than the other. I really enjoyed this one but it's not really for kids.

GORY, BLOODY AND SICK MOVIE! GREAT FOR 17+ !!!

This movie is highly gory and bloody. Do not let your young to mid teens watch this movie. It's disgusting. Great movie for 17+ gore lovers! I particularly love the series but would never let my children see it! My 12 year old son was asking could he watch Saw III, and I said 'NOT A CHANCE' !
