Contains Bloody violence, very strong language, nudity and disturbing scenes. The violence is that of very disturbing and dwells on the impact and the action of the violence putting it in the zone of an 18. The language is extremely heavy with coarse language per minute and then male frontal nudity can be seen and dwells on the image in the scene. The overall theme of the film is very mature and for this reason should be more 17+ or adult rating although 16 year olds may watch it too.

It's all relative
I'm just going to start off by saying that this movie is really amazing. I don't want to spoil it so I won't say too much abt the plot, but I will say that it's really dark, for good reason of course. After all it is set in a prison with a 19-year-old who has suffered extreme emotional trauma, hell who wouldn't expect it to be dark. Anyways, you all might be wondering why I said age 16+ when I'm 14. That's because I think I am a relatively mature for my age and can handle dark stuff, while it may be a bit too much for others my age. I do think that it's a safe bet a 16-year-old of any maturity could handle this, so I put that just to be safe. Overall although this movie is pretty much a cinematic masterpiece, it's definitely not a family movie. I hope this was helpful, thanks for reading!:)
