Superbad

This is a great comedy with some hilarious but adult content. I don't think it's too adult for a mature 15 or 16 year old to handle though. A lot of parents don't understand that basically 99% of teens this age have already been exposed to all of this content and most teens are perfectly able to handle seeing it in a movie because they've already been exposed to this content multiple times. Sure there are sexual references and a few images but do you really think teens haven't seen or heard about this stuff yet? Excellent movie for older teens and for those of you saying it's misogynistic, it's a comedy. It's not glorifying misogyny. It's making fun of our situation which is exactly what the intent of most comedy is. If you can't take jokes in a comedy as jokes then I don't think comedies are the movies for you.

The film is full of sexual content, including constant references to blowjobs, porn, and breasts. There is also nudity, including some brief shots of porn on a laptop, many illustrated penises as part of an extended gag, and a porn magazine. There is drug use, including a scene where a character snorts cocaine. There is violence, including scenes where characters comedically get into fistfights. There are also some bloody images, including a scene where man daydreams about getting his throat slit. The whole film centers around underage characters getting alcohol for a party. There is language, including frequent use of "fuck", "shit", and "bitch". Overall: 14+ for pervasive strong crude sexual content and language throughout, graphic nudity, comic violence, brief bloody images, some drug use, and underage alcohol use.

One of the best movies to ever come from Seth Rogen, and the more and more I watch this, the more I like it. It’s a very funny and comedic films and at times, pretty wholesome. Jonah Hill does a great job as Seth and the whole cast nailed it. I would suggest watching The Making of Superbad right after watching this cause it’s 10x better if u do

Well, for one, it was very early in the morning after I had pulled an all-nighter, so maybe I wasn't able to comprehend this movie very well, but, I felt it wasn't my favorite. It deserves the popularity it gets, sure, but I didn't like it THAT much. Anyway, it's worth watching and honestly doesn't have as much sex stuff as they say it does. I also feel there was more positive messages about friendship then they gave it credit for.

Best movie ever! It’s been my favorite movie since I was 8! It’s just a funny movie and it includes lots of swearing but who cares tbh🤷‍♀️ and there are some “sex” scenes but nothing too serious. Oh and lots of teens get drunk and some ppl do some drugs. Nothing too serious it’s just like real life 🤷‍♀️ at least for teens coming from a teen myself.

Lots of F word, Di— Sh!t are said. Lots of sex discussion. Two brief shots of porn. Some blood. The main part of the story is trying to get alcohol for a party including getting Laid. No sex is show. A girl does take a man’s shirt of and she takes here’s of. She doesn’t take anything else of.

This may just be one of the funniest movies ever made! It had me laughing out loud constantly from a combination of incredibly written comedy and outstanding performances from all the actors. Pretty much everything about this movie is good, the plot, the character development, the acting and the humor, especially the humor. The chemistry between Evan and Seth was amazing and they made for an excellently entertaining duo. As for the movie's content, it does contain very strong sexual references and drug use. Personally I'd say the age limit for this movie should be nothing under 13.

This movie should be censored for the excess of inappropriate things for teenagers. This movie has a lot of adult humor jokes, and this movie is not for any child. Only adults over 18 can see this movie and the reason is because of the excess of adult content and drinking and drugs.
