Fine for younger kids but some things to be aware of

I watched this with my family when I was 11 and I enjoyed it, there were some intense scenes and suspenseful moments that leave you on the edge of your seat that may scare younger kids including many death attempts, the gore may be a little intense but for me it didn’t really bother me. The CGI might not be as appealing as some of the newer movies but the movie still holds up pretty well. There’s no sexual content but there is some alcohol usage. There is a lot of cursing but if your kid is mature and familiar with curse words then it shouldn’t be a problem, overall the movie is really enjoyable and not too bad for younger kids with positive role models as well.

Absolutely Incredible 90's Action Film

This is my favorite movie ever made. Terminator 2: Judgement Day is a tightly crafted, superbly executed action movie filled with impressive effects, incredible stunts, and surprisingly emotional moments. This truly is one of the few sequels that can be considered superior to the original. While I don't think that this really deserves the R-rating anymore, it still has a considerable amount of violence in the movie. There are dozens of shootouts and fights, and there are some pretty bloody moments. There are also at least a dozen f-bombs throughout the movie. While I don't think it's deserving of the R-rating anymore, I still think that you should be a teenager before watching this.

Meaningful sequel obliterates the first movie and has amazing morals

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) Eric ggg Over 10 years have passed since the first machine called The Terminator tried to kill Sarah Connor and her unborn son, John. The man who will become the future leader of the human resistance against the Machines is now a healthy young boy. However, another Terminator, called the T-1000, is sent back through time by the supercomputer Skynet. This new Terminator is more advanced and more powerful than its predecessor and its mission is to kill John Connor when he's still a child. However, Sarah and John do not have to face the threat of the T-1000 alone. Another Terminator (identical to the same model that tried and failed to kill Sarah Connor in 1984) is also sent back through time to protect them. Now, the battle for tomorrow has begun.

Fantastic but not 100% safe for kids

Fantastic action but it does get bloody and is very intense. The scene where the terminators land on earth has glimpses of genitals . There is loads of swearing but kids hear it all the time at school. Minor drugs.

BEST FILM I’VE EVER SEEN

This is an absolutely astounding film. The majority of this film could be rated 12A, however there are a few gory scenes. These include: John’s foster father is stabbed in the mouth (a little blood), a man is whacked around the head with broken mop handle (blood spurts), a man is stabbed in the eye (a little bit of blood though nothing too extreme). One of the worst scenes is at the very beginning in which the terminator crushes a man’s hand, hurls him onto a cooker, throws a man through a window, breaks a man’s arm and stabs him in the shoulder (all of it is bloodless although you do see a man’s burnt hands). Most of the violence is between the two terminators and therefore does not have that much blood. There are many uses of the f-word and s-word.
