Highly Crass and Not For Children
I (a young adult) started watching this with my parents and it was extremely uncomfortable. There are some very explicit scenes between the main couple in bed... complete with screaming and onlookers. There are many sexualized conversations throughout the movie. Additionally, there is a scene in which the lead woman is sexually harassed and the situation laughed off. Somehow, this film pulled a PG rating but it absolutely should be rated PG-13. The film had a comical premise, but it with was paired with crass displays of relationships and lacked any positive moral message or developed storyline.

Best Movie for Anyone Buying a House
Saw this movie a half a dozen times growing up. My parents recorded it off television. Recently rewatched it, still think it's Great!
There are some adult themes regarding marriage, divorce, & infidelity, but nothing over the top.
There are 2 sexual images parents should be aware off. First are some women in silver bikinis in the opening scene, with a close up of their hip, waist, and butt. Second is a nude painting on a wall as two of the characters enter a fancy restaurant.

Good for those in double figures!
A well known physical comedy form two actors who can do the roles justice.
Some iffy stuff, but nothing compared with modern equivalents

The Worst House in All of History...
This movie is the ultimate bad-house movie, with what may be the worst house in movie history. However, it isn't that good of a movie. And, it's not okay for kids. There is language: "godd**n", "a*s", and "SOB". A man and his girlfriend are shown making out in bed with construction workers watching. The girlfriend then proceeds to sleep with her ex-husband while drunk (nothing shown), and her husband calls her a "w***e" when he finds out.
