Entertaining action/adventure film!

In this movie there is not a lot of language, and nothing inappropriate. Guns, sword, and other weapons are ever-present in this film. People are shot, stabbed, crushed, beaten by yetis, etc. In one scene, two people are dragged into giant gears and crushed. In other scenes, people are executed (offscreen). One man has his head cut off. In one scene, five men explore an ancient tomb filled with booby traps. One is shot to death with a large amount of arrows. Another is burned to death by acid. And another is killed by a flying saw blade. There are lots of mummies and other creatures that may frighten younger children. All in all though, this movie does not have a lot of blood. In the end, this movie is a fast paced, rip roaring, action/adventure film that the whole family will enjoy.

The Mummy 3 is incoherent and poorly made

“The 3rd mummy movie has a good action set piece at the very end and a reasonably fast pace; But ultimately the movie is painfully clichéd and awful. Character development is lacking (a lot), the characters themselves are one dimensional, the script is predictable and cliché, the CGI is awful (though it is an improvement from the first two mummy films); the climax is awful (ends on a blink and you’ll miss ending). In the end I would not recommend this movie.” The movie is violent and there is a little bit of language as well. In the end, this is how you Should NOT make a movie.

perfectly made action flick is gorier than the first 2

this great 3rd installment in the Mummy series is very violent and heavily packed with gore. a man melts, coughing up mud, a man is pulled in 2 by horses. there are sword, gun, and fist fights, along with severed limbs, decapitation, and scary creatures. the Dragon Emperor turns into scary monsters.

Mummy Overkill

I am a huge fan of the Mummy films from the early 2000s, and those were well-made and wrapped up the story just fine. I loved the acting and characters. I don't think this movie should've been made. Sure, it's great to add onto a classic series, but not with a completely different cast with terrible acting ability. It has nothing to do with the previous films, and well, let's face it- the storyline sucks. There is random humor thrown in everywhere, the only of which is funny are Jonathan's lines. The script is just as bad as the acting. I think the film would've worked and be less of a corny spinoff if Rachel Weisz was still in it, but it's still a mummy overkill...this one should've stayed dead.
