Each episode of PROUD STUTTER features an in-depth conversation with a guest (or guests) about their experience with stuttering. Host Maya Chupkov shares her own story of coming to terms with stuttering, while welcoming the diverse perspectives of others who stutter. People from diverse backgrounds and communities talk about how stuttering has affected learning to communicate in a second language, working in public-facing roles, and parenting. The podcast has a very welcoming and positive tone and encourages an understanding of verbal diversity.

This is a unique and insightful podcast that promotes inclusivity while educating people about stuttering. The creator and host of Proud Stutter, Maya Chupkov, makes a point of saying that the show is for everyone. If you do stutter, this is a show that provides representation and support, and a place where people speak openly about something that's often kept hidden. And if you don't stutter, listening to this show is a wonderful way to learn about other people's experiences and develop empathy and an understanding of verbal diversity.
