From his humble childhood helping his parents and sisters earn money at a local coal mine to becoming one of Argentina's best players of all time, the overall series features Di María talking about his passion for his family and for the sport. Interviews with folks like his wife, Jorgelina Cardoso, his parents, and football legends like Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr., and manager José Mourinho offer additional insights into who he is and what makes him a great footballer. Archive match footage of Di María during major tournaments and occasional media clips help round out the narrative.
Is It Any Good?
This biographical sports documentary series offer a largely positive look at Ángel Di María's personal and professional life. The footballer, who is considered one of the greatest wingers in the sport, talks about how indebted he is to his parents and his commitment to family. His successful maneuvers on the pitch during matches while playing for clubs like Benfica, Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain are discussed, as well as some memorable moments of unsportsmanlike behavior.
