Baby Assassins Everyday!
Parent and Kid Reviews
What's the Story?
BABY ASSASSINS EVERYDAY! follows the daily lives of young adult assassins Mahiro Fukugawa (Saori Izawa) and Chisato Sugimoto (Akari Takaishi). In between jobs with the asassin's guild, they rest and play—enjoying good food, new fads, and time with friends and family.
Is It Any Good?
This satirical buddy comedy brings martial arts action flicks into a new era with lovable Gen-Z anti-heroes and modern takes on growing up outside the mainstream. Baby Assassins Everyday! will hit big with folks who like the energy and cinema of big fight scenes, but want a story that's about more than just violence for violence's sake. Teens and new adults may relate to Chisato and Mahiro's reluctance to get "normal" jobs. Meanwhile, working adults may enjoy cathartic moments about office politics and work-life balance.
