Change Imperial measurement to Metric Measurement

Unfortunately, it still is showing measurements under the old imperial measurement, like inches and miles. It would be great if they showed the new measurement like of centimeter and Kilometer etc. Being a science show I would have thought this would be up to date. Otherwise, it is a great show.

Educational Program

Brainchild is a fun and educational show which my kids enjoyed. I would recommend it for ages 8 and up. There were times they made it appear as though someone was swear but later showed the man was just babbling. They always explain at the end if you don't understand what is going on. They make a good point of explaining both sides positive and negative in the "Motivation" episode. With any show use your discretion and when in doubt view before you allow your child to watch. If I do run across anything that does not aline to my morals/values I always sit down with my kids to discuss it. Again I do suggest viewing before hand because episodes like "Dream" does go into the five things most dreamed about. This included a boy in the nude blurred out in class also in this episode they had people painted and shaped like animals as a form of artwork. Overall my kids and myself both enjoyed this show and I really wish they would bring it back.

Ok, but lots of inaccuracies

My kids like this show and some of the information is interesting, but there is also a lot of misinformation, be it things that are only partially true being presented as fact, things that are false being presented as fact, or opinions being presented as fact. So, watch with your kids and help them navigate thd misinformation.

Misleading Reviews - This show is inappropriate for young viewers!

The "Dreams" episode is completely inappropriate for younger viewers. I am extremely disappointed that this show was given such glowing reviews for kids. In the "Dreams" episode, there are nude people with body paint on and there is also a brief scene where another person was completely naked with only a blurred image to cover the private parts. After watching a couple episodes with my third grade students, I had confidence in this program. Boy, was I blindsided today. This show should definitely come with a warning and a strong recommendation for parents/teachers with young students to stay far away from this show and the "Dreams" episode in particular.

Makes learning fascinating

I'm delighted when I see this show picked over so much other non-educational content. It's interesting, engaging and fun. 5yo is engaged and enjoys it. A real shame there seems no sign of a season 2. Would love to see more series like this.

My daughter loves this show. She started watching at around 6 years old but I don’t think she really understood all of the information being presented. It is probably more appropriate for kids a couple of years older. Overall it’s a fun show, but the concepts could be explained in more detail and there are a few disappointing moments—for example the bit on hypnosis was a little ridiculous.

It’s a great show!

It is appropriate and educational. Instead of letting your kid watch brain-rottening sitcoms, make them see this. It’s very educational and good. I loved it! Now there are a lot of parents saying that this show is inappropriate because when they were trying to show you how dreams work, they showed us a painted person coming together to form an illusion of an animal. It looked so realistic!! And it didn’t show anything inappropriate. You couldn’t even tell they were not wearing clothes. It looked like a suit. It’s called art people.

Awesome Show

My daughters 8 & 10 love this show. Enjoyable enough for parents to watch too. We just need more seasons of the show!
