Depends how matured your child is
Depends on the kid. I am a 12 year old and I am very well educated about what meth and/or drugs to your body and mind. If your kid knows that doing drugs is not the way to go and to never ever do them then this show is fine for people 12+. There are some gory parts but you legit can close your eyes if you can't watch. There is some sex in it but they really don't show a lot so there is nothing to really worry about it. You can always just skip. There is swearing but if you even considered your child to watch a show called Breaking Bad then it should be fine.

For mature kids.
As it is a show about a chemistry teacher cooking crystal meth, make sure your kids are mature if they want to watch this, there's loads of gore, drugs, a couple sex scenes, but it has such a good story. It's a masterpiece of a show and I'd call it the greatest tv show of all time. Make sure your kids know about this stuff before watching breaking bad. 10/10

Outstanding show for mature teens
First off, this show is easily one of the best I've ever seen. The acting, plot, characters and their development, all 10/10. Of course the show is filled with lots of mature themes. First, obviously, theres loads of talk about drugs and smoking and drinking. The violence is fairly extensive
and can be graphic at times. Many people die, and the show does not show any forgiveness for its gritty story. It also has its share of sexual scenes. While the act of sex is never shown itself. There are clips where, although you never see it, its obviously implied they are doing it. Some characters can also be seen in strip clubs, only for a moment though. The swearing is also obviously very extensive. All round, the show is filled with very mature themes and scenes. If your kid is mature enough, I think he should be ok, but I would encourage you to watch it yourself as to get your own judgement. It really is a masterpiece.

Good show as long as you're mature enough. Some sex scenes but it doesn't show anything bad except in the first episode there is a couple of seconds of boobs. There is a lot if violence and other stuff like that but again, as long as your kid is mature enough to understand the type of stuff in the show like drugs, they can watch it. Other than that the plot and story of the show is great and you get to watch how a innocent father turns into a world class meth cook and how it affects his family.

NOOOO
This show is all about meth. Making it, selling it. Aside from meth, there's also weed and heroin usage. It isn't on regular TV, so the swearing is not edited, and right in the first episode it (humorously) throws the F bomb. It's violent at times, as well, with shooting and meth labs blowing up; in the first season, they kill somebody and liquidate him in HCl, which backfires so badly that Jesse and Walter are in the floor cleaning up the poor dead guy's liquidated guts and finding bones. The show is not intended for children; mature 14 year olds could watch it, 15+ I believe could handle it.

What's Great About Breaking Bad
Well it Really Depends on the maturity the kid is. But on to the show, this show have's great writing, an amazing plot and a good cast. Who knew Bryan Cranston would play a Drug lord after he played a Dad in Malcom In the Middle. This help many people in their lives and mine too, This really is one of the best show made by AMC and compared to other shows.

It is mildly violent but perfectly written if you're fine with a little bit drug dealing The story is a little bit grim but that's the worst part.
