What's the Story?

DENISE RICHARDS & HER WILD THINGS is unscripted series starring reality celeb Denise Richards and her blended family. The actress and influencer lives in Calabasas with her husband Aaron Phypers and her two younger daughters, 19-year-old Lola and 13-year- old Eloise. Her oldest daughter, 21-year-old Sami, lives nearby. From holding a memorial for friend Brooke Mueller's deceased iguana, to building an online presence on OnlyFans, there's never a dull moment in this eclectic household. Adding to the fun are some of Richards' friends, including Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars like Camille Grammer and Erika Jayne, actress and podcaster Tori Spelling, and even a quick appearance by Charlie Sheen.

This unscripted series shows Richards reinventing herself as a content creator while trying to keep her family together and happy. Central to Denise Richards & Her Wild Things is Richards trying to maintain balance. She's a wife and mother, but is also building a career on OnlyFans, which she joined soon after her oldest daughter began her career on the platform, in order to support her. Her interactions with Sami and Lola also highlight some of the challenges the young women dealt with growing up thanks to Richards' and father Charlie Sheen's celebrity status and struggles with sobriety.

But as narcissistic as the three women appear at times, there's also a sense of sweetness too, in part due to their close relationship with each other, and their relationship with Eloise, who was adopted by Richards' as a baby, and who has developmental delays due to a genetic disorder. Richards' attempts to encourage her daughters to support each other, and her dedication and commitment to friends and animals, also softens some of the show's overall edginess. Like any reality show of this kind, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things is voyeuristic and full of silly antics. It's also a little slow. But if you like this kind of celebrity-themed reality, you'll probably find it entertaining.
