In the Dark

There is no way that this show is appropriate for kids or teenagers. It’s unfortunate because the storyline is interesting but the random sex with multiple partners by all of the characters is not what I want my kids seeing . IMO, the writers are pushing an agenda because it’s definitely not relevant to the storyline.

What in the world? Making the main character blind does not make all the soft porn and consequences TV14! It’s still just shy of porn and her UTI’s and Morning after pills, seriously, what do they add? Yes, she’s messed up and self hating. Are the writers and directors so incapable of conveying that without provoking young viewers? Are they suggesting that sex with random strangers is okay, normal even, for all of our 14 year old children? It’s really disappointing that this is what passes for “intelligent drama” now.

This show is unbelievable! First watching a narcissist like Murphy who uses everyone and never says she is sorry or wrong, is pitiful. She depletes everyone she comes in contact with. Some of the characters actually are good folks who should not have been involved with Murphy the Pariah! I do not recommend this series.

I'm all for positive sex roll models, but between the irresponsibility, lack of connection, sheer number of partners and gallons of booze, even for breakfast, it's hard to see a glimmer of a hopeful dramatic arc. They could have researched what real blind people live through a d how they behave. Are there any characters on CW who don't drink 6 oz. of whiskey at a time? Per glass?

This show is very interesting and can teach you a lot. The show does include sex but they don’t show anything. It shows a lot of drug and alcohol. A teen at the age of 14 should be allowed to watch the show.

I love this show as an adult no doubt I find it sweet charming and funny I love the characters but here's where I get concerned the lead character is a grouchy sex ahulic and I believe it can be a mixed influence on girls but her nurse is sweet and beautiful I suggest you watch this one no doubt
