What's the Story?

INVESTIGATION ALIEN is a six-part docuseries that follows an award-willing journalist as he continues his lifelong effort to prove that aliens exist. The series follows veteran journalist and ufologist George Knapp and some of his team members as they travel to Brazil, Mexico and across the United States to investigate alleged sightings. After listening to witnesses describe their extraterrestrial encounters, Knapp discusses what these descriptions potentially tell us about alien activities. He also details his belief that the U.S. and other governments are covering up the truth about the contact beings from outer space have had with our planet and with our species over centuries. Archive photographs and images that allegedly document all of this are sometimes shown.

Our review:
Parents say : Not yet rated
Kids say : Not yet rated

The pseudo-investigative documentary series features George Knapp spinning unproven theories about the existence of aliens and the different ways they've been checking us out. Most of the "investigations" in Investigation Alien simply revisit incidents that have already been publicly discussed over the past 30 years, and much of the information collected is anecdotal. If you're a believer, you'll enjoy these explorations. If you're not, Investigation Alien might become tiresome. But Knapp's commitment to finding irrefutable evidence of alien encounters is entertainingly impressive, even when he's faced with evidence to the contrary.
