Pretty Good!
I love this show! There is only one sex scene in the whole show which is in the first episode. The Violence is pretty gory, but it’s not over the top like any of the other Netflix superhero shows. I recommend this show!

Cool Marvel show have violence
This show was cool, and had more comedy than Daredevil. It was cool to see a team of superheroes get together and try to work together, in a way different than the Avengers. The show contains a lot of violence and many fights use swords and they get bloody. It has about as much violence and blood as Daredevil. There is also some language usually s-word, and would be a PG-13 rating. The main problem is the violence. Only one sex scene in episode one that I skipped, like 1 minute, no other scenes in the rest of the show. Great for older teens.

Great Crossover Show
Unfortunately, it was only one season long, so there isn't much to review. But, I would highly recommend this show to anyone who has watched any of the 4 featured heroes' individual shows. As well as to people, who prefer darker, and more mature superhero content. Personally, I watched it as an intermission between DD seasons 2 and 3. As for age rating and inappropriate content, however, there is a couple things that need to be mentioned for younger viewers. First off, there is going to be blood and violence that is much stronger than anything in the rest of the MCU. And even though there is no gore seen, there are spurts, slashes and pools of blood throughout. Secondly, there is some language. Albeit pretty mild and in low quantities. Third, there is a scene in the first episode where two main characters have sex on a table (no graphic body parts shown), as well as a couple references in a couple other episodes. And last, one of the main characters frequently drinks, including while on the job. Now, just to clarify, this show is nothing near as graphic as Logan, Joker or The Boys, however, I would not advise the show to kids under 15, unless they are used to this sort of stuff. Enjoy!

graphic we didn't watch the whole first episode
My kid is 14, and we watch a lot of Marvel type TV. End of Arrow came(oh woe) so looking for something else. There is graphic sex, swearing - both gratuituous in my opinion - 'mother f****r?? really? it is violent. didn't watch past the first sex scene - Luke Cage banging the back out of some woman with her ankles round his ears.

Marvel’s The Defenders
A great series for fans of the other Netflix Marvel shows! It is so much fun seeing Matt, Jessica, Luke, and Danny all interacting with each other.

This is a good marvel show. There is some action and sometimes gets really bloody and there is some sex and nudity with some bad language.

Short team up is slow to start.
Each show has a different take and pace for their charecter. Here we get the unecessary sex scenes with Cage, the whiney grumblings of Iron Fist and the plodding plotlines of Jessica Jones. Daredevil was a favorite, but even with the attempt of balance these meager 8 episodes fail to get off the ground in a timely manner. It's all there, but it seems like separate shows in the beginning that feel often unrelated to each other. This seems to improve about the 3rd or 4rth episode so you have to get past the overt sexuality the Luke Cage character comes out of the gate with and the pacing to get to the good stuff. Much like the crossovers of the DC shows though, there's no doubt you will be pigeon holed into watching some of thee episodes just to keep up with storyline in their seperate shows. It's a marketting plan to sell the other shows to a wider audience, but hopefully not become a mainstay of having to watch each seperate show to keep up with one individually like DC has done a few times. Once, we had no idea that the main villain in one show was defeated on 'another' show and we weren't aware. Hopefullly this won't be the case here as it can turn frustrating and time consuming, especially if you're not a fan of each individual show.

Way too exaggerated common sense
The show is great! Any adult who likes action would enjoy it. The first episode is the only inappropriate episode in the 8 episode series. There is a 20 second sex scene so I wouldn't worry about your kid watching it because they can just skip it quickly (the sex scene does not show anything just some noises) every other episode is fine. The action is good and not gory so in all don't worry about this show for your kids especially if they are mature and can handle action.

Good show but not for everyone
This show is very good, however it is not for everyone. The violence is one thing, it can get pretty bloody but anyone of your kids that are 13 and up can handle it. The language is mild but the sex is the main issue for kids. First of all Commen Sense is over exaggerating, there is ONE sex scene that is disturbing for kids but it doesn't show anything. I recommend watching the first episode before hand (because that is the one that is inappropriate) and watch it again with your kid and continue watching the show with your kid because it is quite good. After the first episode anyone 13 and up can definitely handle this.
