What's the Story?

In MISTLETOE MURDERS, Emily (Sarah Drew) has relocated to a small town where she owns a year-round Christmas shop. She's a 30-something single woman who's got two cats and one friend named June, who's due to get married to a man who seems to be hiding something. But when he's found dead, Emily relies on her own secretive past to get to the bottom of his mysterious death. What's Emily's secret? Will she be a help or a hinderance to the police investigation?

Our review:
Parents say ( 1 ):
Kids say : Not yet rated

Quaint, mild mystery doesn't serve up much to get excited about. Wrapped nicely in muted colors and small-town vibes, the characters in Mistletoe Murders reveal lots to each other in passing, but their lives aren't the stuff of intrigue.

A lack of diversity might bother some viewers, though the bland content generally won't offend. A caper that could have had more zing, this show's chemistry is lukewarm at best.
