What's the Story?

MITTENS & PANTS, an adorable white kitten and a playful labradoodle puppy, are best friends who live in an all-animal town called Kibble Corners. Together, they have tons of fun exploring the city and befriending residents like the fish, DJ Swimfins, and the hamster postal worker.

This show could captivate animal lovers of all ages with its irresistible cuteness. Mittens & Pants makes every child's dream come true by giving voice to their favorite baby animals, from cats and dogs to turtles, roosters, pigs, and more. While the novelty may wear off quickly for older preschoolers, there's plenty for toddlers to uncover in each new episode as they learn life lessons and funny trivia. Animal owners will particularly enjoy the glimpses of familiar pet behaviors that add humor to the most thrilling plots -- like the kitten pausing mid-chase to flick a tree branch.

Talk to Your Kids About ...

  • Families can talk about the special friendship between Mittens & Pants. As a kitten and a puppy, they have different instincts and abilities, but Mittens always supports and encourages Pants, even when she says, "I don't know if I will ever understand dogs." She always shows Pants support, respect, and encouragement. What qualities do you think make a good friend?

  • Pants is a dog raised by a family of rabbits and he sometimes questions if he is a rabbit or a dog. Do you think he can be a bit of both? What do you think makes a family?

  • Encourage your child to connect the characters' experiences and their own. For example, Mittens was so excited about her cousin's visit that she over-planned and forgot to enjoy the moment. Does that ever happened to you? What can you learn from Mittens?
