What's the Story?

NIGHTMARES OF NATURE is a spooky nature docuseries narrated by Maya Hawke that focuses its first episode on the survival efforts of a mouse, raccoon, and frog. Each animal faces life-or-death scenarios in the wild, accompanied by suspenseful music, eerie narration, and lots of jump-scares and tension.

With an almost Fantasia-like score, dramatic narration, and creepy visuals, this spooky series is perfect for preteens and tweens seeking some deliciously fun scares. Nightmares of Nature is likely too much for young elementary school-aged viewers and too campy for older teens or adults, but it might be the perfect Halloween season viewing for the pre-teen set. And parents can appreciate the kids will actually be learning something while getting their thrills in.
