What's the Story?

NODDY, TOYLAND DETECTIVE is a preschool series featuring one of Europe's most popular children's characters. It stars Noddy (voiced by Valin Shinyei), a wooden boy who embarks on adventures to solve mysteries in the vibrant world of Toyland. Along with his best friend, Bumpy Dog, and Revs, his bright yellow car, Noddy uses his tablet to look for information and think about where to find clues that will help him solve each case. His other friends, including Mr. Squeaks, Smartysaurus, Pat-Pat the Panda, and Fuse the robot, appreciate his help.

Is It Any Good?

Our review:
Parents say ( 3 ):
Kids say ( 1 ):

This colorful series, which is the first animated preschool TV show produced by DreamWorks, offers a modern take on a classic character while teaching children how to problem-solve. It encourages questions about who, what, when, where, how, and why and shows how answering those questions will lead to concrete explanations that solve each mystery.

It's bright and energetic, and the characters' use of electronic gadgets makes it relatable to life today. More importantly, Noddy, Toyland Detective shows how thinking, listening, paying attention to details, and asking questions helps people work things out. It also teaches kids that finding real answers versus guessing is the better and more fun way to go.
