This series is a fun, insightful look at the careers of our favorite Black stars and what it took for them to make it to the top in an industry that still discriminates. Number One on the Call Sheet will give viewers a different look at the lives of Black stars and show that they're still fighting for equality and respect despite what they've achieved.

Despite the clear issues they present about Hollywood, it's apparent that the actors featured are proud of what they've been able to achieve and how they've affected their community in a positive way. Thanks to them, more Black actors can imagine themselves in Hollywood, and that's important when you think about how Hollywood used to show Black characters in a very stereotypical and harmful way.
