Really good, but PLEASE SKIP 1.10
This show has updated from the seventies and into modern day. This show took a lot of risks, and I love how Elena is lesbian. It’s really hard to find a lesbian character that isn’t stereotyped. But, skip season 1 episode 10 for younger kids. The whole episode is based around p*rn. But, however this is the episode Elena comes out, so you could watch the very end.

Great show!
AMAZING! This is THE show for 10-13 year olds, it’s like Disney if it was in the real world. They talk about real problems like: racism, homophobia, mental health, sexual harassment and assault etc. It’s good for introducing kids to these problems since they are at the age where they need to know about this stuff. There’s one episode (s1 e10) that isn’t really suitable for people under 13 but the rest of the show is good for all pre-teens!

Good Show
Good, but they do talk about porn and sex and if you haven't talked with your kids about LGBTQIAP+ to your kids your probably should.

Must watch!
I started watching ODaaT as soon as it came out, when I was around 12 years old. If you've managed to watch all four seasons, I think you'll agree how amazing this show is. It has everything. It's very funny and lighthearted most of the times, but firm when it needs to be. The show covers so many topics that helped me to learn more about when I was younger, and become more clear with how I view those topics. The topics range from gender identity, the struggles of immigrants in America, politics, drug use, destigmatizing sexuality, etc. All in all very diverse and really does address the issues happening today rather than just pretending it doesn't exist. Scenes of intimacy are normally just kissing, touching each other, and some implied sex but not too bad and you can skip if you want. Just finished rewatching and my opinion is still the same!
Don't know what else to say, but it is not at all bad. It sends so many good messages and maybe even okay to watch as a family as you can all enjoy and learn more :)

Funny Cuban Show, Has some extreme mature themes
This show can get funny and serious at the same time!! There are some funny jokes especially from Rita Mareno!! While the show tackles serious topics like immigration, DONALD TRUMP, Gun Violence, and LGBTQ+ plots. It’s honestly the one of the best shows on Netflix Yet!! There is of course some sexual innuendo and sex is implied but that’s what makes it a great laugh for the fam!
