Uf u watch stranger things or riverdale this is a perfect choice

I feel like it's good for ages 12 and up, if your kid is mature and understands drugs, violence, etc. It would be great. My 12 year old son loved it, there are some violent scenes, for drugs if your child is mature and knows not to do drugs then its okay, however for sex, its just making out scenes, not really sex, for swearing there are some scenes that say ''s**t'', and a few scenes that say ''***k'' etc. Overall it's a great TV show for teens, and it's more appropriate than i expected.

Shouldn’t be TVMA but…I’m shocked that so many people think this was appropriate for 11 and under. These high school kids are snorting cocaine, having sex, and nearly constantly drinking. Plus they’re holding guns to heads and beating the each other up. This makes me not trust these reviews all that much. Now I’m going to go explain to my almost 12 year old what they are snorting off the table.

I finished the series with my 11 year old daughter and we both loved it and had some bonding time! It's a great series. Would recommend!

There is too much drug use in our country. With fentanyl coming across our border, teens are dying every day. Extra marital sex should not be normalized either. This show could be just as exciting for teens without the implied sex and drug use going on.

This show was amazing! I watched it with my family including my 10 year old son. He has not picked up any of the dangerous habits in the show because they are barely ever shown in full, and when they are shown it is shown as bad and I remind him of that. I recommend this to anyone 10 and up

When my 11 year old asked to watch outer banks I quickly said no because of the rating being MA 15+ but I soon decided to read some reviews and then said that it would be OK for my son to watch this series , in the end he told me he loved it but I made sure he told me things that had happened that were inappropriate ... etc he said "underage drinking and shooting" so I decided to watch the show because of how good he said it was and I totally agree that it is NOT MA 15+ I understand that the ratings are for parents to help them but this is only MA because these kids in the show underage drink and there is mild swearing but only the s word I think the topic of drinking is around 15 and that why they made it MA 15+ , great story line and would be great for 10 or 11 year old as at that age they start to mature and understand that this all fake! btw - im a Mum aged 39 , its very easy to say no but you should think about this one because its very popular and I understand why kids want to watch it.

My kids love it and i did to. There is some make out parte but yeah for my opinión kids under 7 can't watch it but my nine year old my 10 year old and my 15 year old love it
