What's the Story?

6-year-old twins PHOEBE & JAY (Cleo Annan & Isaiah Ball) live with Dad (Jonathan Langdon) and Grandma (Morrissa Nicole) in a busy apartment building called Tobsy Towers. As they navigate getting around, meeting neighbors, and caring for the garden, they learn how to read and interpret signs, problem-solve, and live in a community.

At first glance, Pheobe & Jay might seem less exciting than the average preschool rescue show: it doesn't have long imaginative sequences, power-ups, or big battles, but that's precisely what can make it relatable for young kids. And the catchy tunes add to the fun, of course! Parents can expect a show that offers learning opportunities at a calm pace with plenty of repetition and musical moments to keep kids engaged.
