What's the Story?

SALISH AND JORDAN MATTER is an unscripted series that features highlights from online content created by a father-daughter duo. Salish Matter and her father, Jordan, have been creating content since Salish was 6 years old. Now they're showcasing some of their favorite father-daughter challenges and other fun moments from their YouTube channels. From seeing who can build a deluxe dog house the fastest, to challenging Salish—who thinks parenting is easy—to experience what it's like to raise a child to adulthood in 24 hours, the series offers lots of silly moments between daughter and father.

Is It Any Good?

The lighthearted compilation series features curated YouTube content produced by popular content creator and photographer Jordan Matter and his daughter, Salish. The videos feature Jordan playing elaborate pranks on his daughter, who was in her early teens at the time of production. It also contains lots of creative challenges that pit the two against each other. There's nothing mean-spirited about Salish and Jordan Matter, but the overall series is a promotional vehicle for an original series Jordan Matter is producing for Netflix, which the two announce at the beginning of the first episode. Like most popular digital content, it also features an array of sponsor logos and businesses throughout. Fans of the duo will immediately be drawn to it, and tweens and young teens who enjoy the Matters' style of content may find this glorified TV series teaser equally entertaining.
