What's the Story?

The "stupid" people in SCIENCE OF STUPID range from those who have no idea what they're doing to some of the most accomplished extreme sport athletes in the world. In both cases, the science driving the outcomes of their actions is explained by host Richard Hammond using video footage, slow-motion replays, and entertaining reenactments.

Packed with amazing (and often hilarious) video footage, this show will appeal to fans of America's Funniest Videos, thrill seekers, and science geeks. Science of Stupid's innovative use of blooper videos, staged demonstrations, simulations, and footage of professionals doing astounding things makes it hard to look away. And with kids learning while being thoroughly entertained, why would you want to? Just make sure any would-be daredevils don't get any "stupid" ideas.
