Is It Any Good?

Although there's no actual war, this series demonstrates the tension and fragility of European soccer very well. Super League: The War for Football is informative, dramatic, and tense. For those outside of the sport, the onslaught of information, prominent figures, and terms might be a bit much. But the series does attempt to bring in the human aspect, like the relationships among world leaders, club owners, and executives; there's drama in there that can be engaging to any viewer. Fans of European soccer will find this series thrilling and interesting.
