What's the Story?

If there's one thing Silicon Valley CEO Duncan (Billy Magnussen) has, it's THE AUDACITY. After leaking acquisition rumors about his company, Hypergnosis, everything backfires. He spirals, leaning on board member Anushka (Meaghan Rath) to help with damage control and his therapist Joanne (Sarah Goldberg) for validation. But as Duncan tries to dig himself out of this hole, he uncovers just how far everyone in the Valley (including himself) will go to secure their quantifiable benefits.

This series combines Succession-like comedy about the wealthy with the Silicon Valley setting, where everyone is smarter but equally selfish. Unlike other shows that just satirize the obscenely wealthy, The Audacity throws in twists and thrills that will have viewers eager to see how these characters descend into chaos. The language, drinking, and sexual content make this suitable for older teens.
