TV WE LOVE is an anthology series that celebrates some of the most iconic shows in U.S. history. From classic comedies like I Love Lucy and The Honeymooners, to later shows like Dynasty and Touched by an Angel, each episode offers a detailed look into the history of the series, and how it reflected the cultural values of the time. Contemporary and archive interviews with show creators, and on occasion their relatives, explain how each show concept was born and developed, the challenges they faced when trying to get them on the air, and their contributions to popular culture. The lighthearted series offers some insight into some of United States television history's most influential or popular programs. TV We Love reveals how television reflects what's happening in society at the time, regardless of when the story is set. On occasion a podcaster or other expert offers some questionable information, which makes you wonder how much of what's presented is fact checked. Some may wonder why the shows featured were chosen over others. But none of this takes away from the show's entertainment value, which mainly comes from watching scenes from lots of classic shows. If you have a passion for television history and trivia, TV We Love is a fun watch.
