Wonder Showzen is for Adults only
i think Wonder Showzen is a amazing show but its also a very disturbing show with lots of disturbing imagery and also like other shows for Adults goes to far with making fun of stuff like religion there was one episode in season 1 that went way to far with it and while i like some parts from season 1 because of that episode i will not watch it season 2 is a little tamer in making fun of that stuff but still has a few disturbing moments in it once you get past that stuff though the show has some very funny parts like cartoons similair to Sesame street in it and the scenes with the puppets are pretty funny to but its definately not for kids because of the stuff i just mentioned plus it is very vilonte with blood and gore it is very racist has bad role models has lots of swearing like bastard and bitch and has lots of very raunchy Sexual innuendo and well its pretty funny some parts are very disturbing and sometimes Scary but with that being said Wonder Showzen is a amazing show but its also a very disturbing show at times and is for Adults only its bassically Sesame Street for Adults and i dont recommend it for anyone under the age of 18

Wonder Showzen review
Wonder showzen is something of an anomaly and it’s one of the weirdest shows you’ll watch. The show is geared towards a counter culture audience, while at the same time pretending to be pre-schooler show. Some parts of the show can be down right unfunny like a good amount of the puppet skits, but when the jokes land it can be some of the most interesting and satirical comedy you’ll find anywhere else on TV. Some of the animation and live action bits are also really well done, but what I think the show does best is atmosphere.
Wonder showzen feels very surreal. It feels very dark while having the face of something innocent. In some ways it makes you feel like your being brain washed by counter culture philosophy, a terrifying message in a seemingly innocent package. But this in if it’s self is most likely taking a satirical jab at putting western ideals into shows intended for a young audience.
Wonder Showzen is not a great show but it’s worth watching just to say you’ve seen it. I wouldn’t recommend letting anyone below 14 watching this.

CREEPY Black Humor Super Funny for ADULTS ONLY
First, this show is SPECIFICALLY made for ADULTS. It is like non-sequitor South Park meets Sesame Street, with the most controversial humor imaginable. (1 creator IS a ft writer on South Park). A healthy amount of maturity, thick skin & understanding of satire is needed to not leave traumatized. When it 1st aired I was 17, but was mature enough to GET IT.
Even now, I love this show, but it still crosses lines in a few episodes. But other times, it's VERY SMART social commentary. Like the Beat Kids & Q&A segments.
Some themes: (graphic) violence, sex, immigrants, religion, racism, scat humor, sex with kids (priests, etc), sexism, war, drugs, cannabalism, meat
Adults..
Thoughts? Like or no? If like, I also recommend 2 other adult sketch shows: WKUK (Whitest Kids U Know) and Little Britian. Both can be found on YouTube

The most savage show ever on television
Every single thing you could ever want to shield your child from, this show contains copious amounts of. Honestly, it's a horrifically brilliant show and anyone who agrees with me is a terrible person like I am. It's an extremely smart and well-made show that will tarnish your soul. Seriously, Most people should not watch this.

Brutally Honest
This show is hard to review. Calling it satire is missing the point. It is a frank and honest, but extremely sarcastic examination of modern life, through the lens of a kid's show. Wonder Showzen is what Sesame Street would be like if it actually taught children the harsh realities of modern life.
The problem is that the lessons are too harsh for kids. Despite the great messages, such as "you should go out and have your own adventures instead of watching TV" and "you should make life better for yourself and others." But it also includes messages like "You will hate your job but have to sit there for half your life" and "You will probably make life worse for yourself and everyone around you." True, and even most adults aren't ready to face those facts.
There is casual drug use and sex, and it is brutal about showing the consequences. Again, a "good" message delivered too honestly for children.

This show is for people that have a very dark sense of humor. I myself enjoy the show and I get the funny lil messages like the song called the Slave song... its about how most societys were biult on slavery.... it just tells the brutal truth.

Come on. This show is not "pitch black" at all. I would find it suitable for ages 12 and up. Actually, anything on adultswim would be suitable for teenagers. No violence, a bit of sex/drug content and some bleeped out swearing. Kids above 12 should be allowed to watch no problem. As for the show, I find it very annoying and dull. It can be slightly funny, but there are too many jokes shown too quickly so it can really give you a headache. It has a pretty good concept (adult sesame street show) but it ultimatly fails at being interesting or funny.
