What's the Story?
Yizo Yizo ("That's it" in Zulu) is the story of a collection of high school students in an all-black South African Township facing numerous hardships and struggles both within the student body, and caused by the school officials. It stars Meshack Mavuso and Tshepo Ngawe.
Is It Any Good?
The writing, acting, music, and character development within this series is captivating. Despite a seemingly never-ending stream of corruption and devastation in Yizo Yizo, there are likable characters that you can't stop rooting for. This makes this arresting show both hard to watch, and hard to stop watching,
