Lost so much money and all my boards for no reason.

Lost so much money and all my boards for no reason. I spent so much money on this game, I really liked it. Then one day it just reset. This is disgusting! This company keeps trying to explain to me how to fix it, but it’s not working. And of course there’s no phone support. I do not recommend this company to anyone! I have already reported them to the BBB.

I spend a lot of money on this game and when I switched phones I got locked out of my account. I have spent months going back and forth with customer service and some of the replies are absolutely disgusting I cannot believe a professional company is replying to me they refuse to let me speak to their managers.

Depressed kids should not play

The game starts fun. But then all the wins go out the door. It builds so you almost win. Then like a robot with chess champion algorithm, you stay in a holding pattern until you shell out cash for more rolls. I think this is a game that thought they'd make the money on revenge fun, and then realized that winning in any direction was something people would pay money to do. If you don't pay. You keep losing. Not like other free with ads games. Losing losing. It brings you down. If you have a child that can get down..... This will help them to feel ...down. not a winner. It's depressing.

Board kings will steal your actual real money.

If you spend money be prepared to have to dispute your charges with your credit card company. It's not will board kings steal from you but when.

I have played this game for over a year now and over the past couple of months I have been jipped TWICE now! This game was super fun and addicting until it became a “pay to win any kind of prize” kind of game. I started to spend money on it and a couple months ago I bought a pack of rolls and gems and did not receive what I payed for so I contacted customer service and they gave me less than half of what I had payed for and said it was “all they could do”. I figured it was a one time thing so I carried on and no fur a few more things in the process. Everything was fine until today. There was two tournaments going on at once and if you finished top three in one and completed the other, you could get a wild card so I bought a couple of packs costing me over FIFTY DOLLARS and I ended up completing the one tournament and was rank number one in the other so I was feeling pretty good about it. I logged back in when there was only 2 hours left of the event to make sure I was still number one and come to find out the game reset the one I had completed and showed that I only had HALF of it complete!!! This tournament took me FIVE DAYS to complete and there was no way I would be able to complete it in 2 hours. I am FURIOUS that I was jipped of the LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY I have put into this game AGAIN! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will most CERTAINLY NEVER spend money on this game again!!!

Terrible customer service

I've played this game for a long time. Every once in a while they'll throw out this incredible offer, 1000's of dice, billions of coins. Both times that I took them up on this...they took back the offer, keeping the money!! Their excuse? It was a mistake. So you're making us pay for YOUR mistake? You'll see people mentioning this in reviews on google play. You have no recourse. This is a game where you won't get your money back! Also many times when Ive bought a small package, the coins are stolen almost imeadiatly!! There should at least be a small grace period. Also the game suffers from up to day long outages. These are complaints they are well aware of, but hey FU basucally
