Good Free Game but consumerism can ruin the experience

Whilst the game itself isn't violent, the addictive nature of the gambling with loot boxes may be too much for younger kids to handle. Loot boxes could cause children to become fixated on unlocking them which would lead to them spending too much

Alcohol reference

Genshin Impact is a fun game for tweens/teens. The game shows mild violence but no blood, gore or corpses. The entities simply turn into dust when killed. Another thing is the alcohol reference. In Mondstadt (an imaginary city in Genshin Impact) there is a wine industry which is talked about a lot. Some of the characters drink alcohol and one character works in the industry. Personally, I don't see a big problem with the alcohol reference because it doesn't promote minors to drink and doesn't go into detail about drunkness. Some characters like Arataki Itto do not wear shirts but its not really an issue.

LOVE IT

This was an amazing game for my 9 year old girl she loves Naruto and anime like that so she got the game. Some characters do show a little cleavage but thats not the point of the game. There are no adds but you can buy coins but my daughter does not buy it. there is a winery but you dont drink not the point of the game. Definally reccomend this game for your 9-12 year old little violence no gore you fight mythical animals and monsters

A good game

It's a great game. My 13 year old son and I play it all the time during the weekends, together. It mentions alcohol but in no way promotes drinking. The only reason I say that it is 12+ is cause there is fighting but even after you defeat the enemies they just disappear... Overall I say it is a good game and it's fine if kids play it

Good game

I've played this for a year now and my two older children play. 10 and 13. It has lower levels of violence like destroying monsters. But they just fall over and turn to dust. Be aware that there is a chat option that's opens in some co-op areas or if you let someone in your server. This is well censored but is still an opening to inappropriate players. Over all it's a good game. But just keep an eye on the chat.

Very Good Game, It Has Fantasy violence, And there is also some scenes where other characters fight eachother, There is a co-op mode, Which other players can play together and chat, so negative interaction could happen, though if you try to curse it will get censored. it has cool and good characters and good graphics. And Has Good Role Models. You can "Pull/wish" For characters to be able to play as them, and you can buy it with real money. thats pretty much it.

Overall great game

I LOOOOOOOOOOVE genshin so much its my favorite game. The graphics are amazing, the plot is very detailed, and the gameplay is very simple to understand. It's also free to download, but there is a gacha system you can spend money on if you want, but you can still be f2p and enjoy the game. There are lots of great role models and it also promotes things like hard work, kindness, and gratitude.
