Not as bad as you think!
You don't have to do any of the sexual things in the game, you can barely see the violence (which isn't that bad) because the camera is from the top down and the story can also totally be avoided.
If you let your child play COD or Payday then this game is fine for your child!

gta is not for kids
the violence in gta is know to be bloody and graphic and in this game it is just as bad you can kill anyone from innocent bystanders to the fbi and when you kill people a pool of blood surronds them. the language in this game is brutal and strong arond 200 f-words other profanites are said countless times 1 use of the word c--t by the main character huang lee in the context `i hope you burn you fat f--king c--t. around 30 drug refrences very big amount of talk about drugs (pot, weed, etc.) you can buy drugs from drug dealers around the city such as estacay weed downers herion coke and more a man offers huang lee cocanie but he says no. sexual refrences non-stop throught the game no nudity is seen talk about sex and breasts are heard alot. you get a bong in your apertment for a trophy in the ds version close to the end your uncle told the police officer you work with that your freinds are trying to kill you so you kill both of them this game is definitly not for kids only people 18+ should play this game

Its not as bad as you think
its a grat game, its got some violence and some language that may not be appropriate for some kids 12-. My 12 year old son often showed me this game and he has played it through many times. At first i had a very negative view towards this game but now, i see its not so bad and it matches more to my familie's principles than I thought

Not as bad as you may think
Okay, seriously. Grand Theft Auto games aren't as terrible as people think they are. I got this game on my iPod touch and the violence is nothing. There is one scene where a heart is shown in someone's hand... though children see these kinds of things in school all the time when talking about ancient civilizations such as the Mayans. There are some sexual references, but in most schools sex ed starts in late elementary school anyway, so it's not like your kids will see anything they don't know. And as for the cursing, most kids hear cursing like that all the time in school and outside on the street. And kids know everything about the drugs -- in fact, there's popular drug education programs going into elementary schools. And just because a kid plays a video game with that content doesn't mean they're actually going to end up a violent drug and arm trafficker and sexual predator unless there's something really wrong with them.
Reviewing the rest of the game... though the graphics could use some improvement, the game is insanely fun.

Great game, hours of fun, and okay for 11+
This app is great and pre teens and teens are appropiate. There is no sex. No nudity. Since the screen is small, the violence isn't that bad and gory. Also, kids wont even get drug names.
