Can be scary, not too graphic.

Really cool game and really good, as I am not a parent I am not good in age ratings but it has blood, but blood isn't really a problem in a game right? The gore isn't really too bad. I've seen fev kill scenes like Granny eating the player and driving over the player. But it's not really graphic or has nearly no blood. No graphic content. The game is really dark when you need to point your flashlight in the darkness. You need to escape with va car or from the front door. Not too realistic and the game is actually educational. Strategy and improvence are in the main point. It does teach a kid. Why it's 9+ is just because of the jumpscares from like corner and if a kid is sensitive to horror he or she should wait for aging up a bit. It's worth the money, also if you don't know where do you find the game it's from Steam.

horror.

So Granny is a horror game that is utter-ally horrifying. You are locked in a house with some mad man who tries to kill you. Out of all the horror games I've ever played this is by far the scariest one. I recommend you monitor your kid while they play this game because it can get really violent in nightmare mode if you get caught. i do not recommend this game to a preteen because it can cause nightmares. do not let them play at night. id say 14-15 would be a good age to let them try it out. Its not that bad in terms of blood but nightmare difficulty, hooo boy thats a whole new level of horrifying. If you have watched terrifier-2, you would know what i mean.

Solid Mobile Game

So, let me go off on my formula: Gameplay- Honestly, I must be frank, it’s an easy 5 star. It’s absolutely addicting and so satisfying to get a lock off the door. The mobile controls are phenomenal for a phone or tablet in my opinion. AI- The AI is simplistic. I must give it a 3 star. It’s fine. It’s average. She runs in a perfect way to head to the sound or player as soon as possible. Pretty average. Though she does adapt a tiny bit, and can open a locked door without budging if she’s already opened it. Consumerism- I have to give it a 2 star. This part I really don’t like about it. The ads ruin the adrenaline of beating the game, or heighten the frustration after dying. It takes me out of the old, eerie, ambient house and brings me to a FREAKING ADVERTISEMENT FOR A CARTOON CHOICE GAME. Originality- While escape games are very popular, this one is different. I rarely see such an amazing mansion with an enemy that actually has AI and doesn’t randomly pop up when it’s set to, and it’s cool. Someone said it’s too much like Scary Teacher and BATIM and that made me ticked off. Those games came after granny, or at least Scary Teacher did. BATIM, besides being an indie horror game, has NOTHING TO DO with Granny. I would give the originality 4 stars. Quality- Finally, the quality. I give it a 5 star. I can’t say much more. The graphics are simple, but really cool, and great for a mobile game! There are also quality settings which are awesome! The sound effects are fitting, besides the winch handle’s. I think it should sound more like the hammer rather than the battery or cutters. Granny’s design is terrifying, and epic. I really think it’s cool, and I like it! Bonus Round, Lore- Again, 5 stars. The backstory leaves me begging for more. The story of Granny and her messed up family is eerie and great. The previous victims messages and tallis, secret note, and even completely hidden message on the top of the shed, are all so interesting. The lore is so good. SO GOOD. Anyways, yes, that is all for my lore talk. Total- 4 stars! The game is not TOO scary, and it teaches kids strategy, and several other technological skills. There’s also nothing like watching a granny video while you have to do a chore. Good job DVloper! Your gameplay is fun, your AI is simple, your ads make me angry, because I love playing the actual game so much, your originality is on point, the quality is great, and the lore is fantastic, and leaves me begging for more! This is a solid game. (Oh also it’s on PC so the title works for both.) Bye!

It maybe would be a game for teenagers but there are horrible graphics.

Yuck. What is this?

The graphics are trash and unrealistic, and the whole idea of the game isn't original either. It just reminds me of Scary Teacher or Bendy and the Ink Machine. Much to violent for sensitive little ones, ( blood stains, references to cannibalism, and a guillotine ). But it could teach you good escape tactics for situations later in life.

Its Okay

I really don't understand why some parents are so uptight like you wont let your child play a simple horror game, the blood on screen is so simple, and there is not really a reference to cannibalism, and do you really thing your child is going to start eating people from a game. infact it is not Canabalism because granny is not a human, either way, i chose 5 because thats when they can start to comprehend how to play a game, also granny could teach kids some strategie.
