Great game… Just make sure you trust your kids
This is an amazing game. I think it’s definitely appropriate for all ages. It’s a fun farm game that does teach kids a little bit about money and how money works. The first few levels are tricky as you can’t do much but it’s super fun to level up. However, there are in app purchases so make sure you trust your child to not do that without your permission. At some point you can unlock a feature which allows you to talk to other people. I would recommend not letting your kids use that feature. Also, there are links to Facebook and other social media that deal with Hay Day. Make sure your child does not click those links unless they have your permission. Overall, I don’t really understand the 13+ rating. It’s a fun game that I’ve been playing for a long time. It is also easy to play. So all ages can have fun.

Very enjoyable game for all ages, I used to play it when I was younger and came back recently, it is still very fun.

I like the game
I find the game enjoyable and gives you a sense of completion and achievement and satisfaction when you build something. For the younger ones (age 10, 11, 12) suggest turning off chat function but if the teenager is aware of social skills and safety online then it wont be any harm later. I also find the bright fun animation very nice and happy.

Past time
Hay day isn’t a very exciting game. Slow progressions are made due to waiting for hours (or days) to make grain or other farm items. It’s fun if you need a pastime or want to be in a game with your friends. There is a chat in the app for the people you choose to write to. I use the game and will do an action when I first get on my device, play another game for a while and then come back later to see my progressions. Players can buy diamonds and coins to make your farm grow faster. I would monitor this part with your child.

It's great
Young kids should not play because of the chat. But I say if parents supervise it's safe

HAYDAY GAVE ME ANXIETY
WHY ARE MY PIGS WEARING BANDANNAS
WHY ARE MY COWS SUFFERING FROM MALNUTRITION AN HOUR AFTER I FEED THEM
WHY DO MY CHICKENS LAY EGGS EVERY TWENTY MINUTES
WHY DO MY PIGS NOT DIE WHEN I GET BACON OFF THEM
now please enjoy my haiku i have written about hayday
Hayday used to be {life}
Lavender is so useless
Detoxified grape
Also, I'm also worried about Doria because even though she eats 37 apples and she still wants more she never buys apples from my orchard like I could be making hundreds off the amount of apples she eats. And I'm broke I spent all my diamonds gambling on the spinning wheel.
{Doria is a fictional character}
Thank you and goodnight from Thneedville

Really Fun!
The farm is kind of unrealistic with how much things cost but it's a game and it's fun to play. Make sure your child doesn't pay for anything on accident with your credit card because while you don't need actual money you have the option to use it to buy extra coins and diamonds. Your child doesn't have to become part of a neighborhood and only once did I see offensive language and it was with a neighborhood that was called niga cat (or something like that) and in the description it said "no blacks please." Since I myself am black I didn't join and couldn't find a way to report them so I left it alone. But overall it's a great game and I love it!
