Hidden Objects Crosswords

I fell in love with this gameyears ago, bought the app, and the expansion pack and played. Recently got a new tablet. Repurchased as before, except that now, only the first 5 games of each section open. When I attempt to open or even repurchase the expansion pack, I'm told "The Market billing service is not available at this time. You can continue to use this app but you won't be able to make any purchases" Months of this. I sent the designer company, Tobi, emails requesting help. Seven (7) emails. No responses. Amazon won't do anything but refund my $2.15. Not what I want. Company is defrauding people but no one seems to care.
