I LOVE the App and I am 62 yrs old! What I don’t like? It says "$1.49 Unlimited" so you think your getting a great deal, but you are only getting one (1) Sleep Scape for $1.49. In the world we currently live, everyone needs access to this site. I would be willing to go month to month making payments, but coming up with $39.99 at one time is difficult for me and possibly those who would benefit from this. I will review again in a couple of months. Hopefully they will allow me to make monthly payments and I will give them 5 stars and remove negative comments.

They Trick You and Charge More Than Advertised!!

I paid $0.99 for the free trial. I made sure to cancel my subscription before the trial had ended. When you do that, it takes you to a very misleading page that says, "We'll Really Miss You!" and you think you have successfully canceled. But in fine print it tells you that you have to email them in order to really cancel. I ended up getting charged $120 without my knowledge ($60 every 3 months). Not only did I not agree to this, but their app advertises $40 ANNUALLY. So they charged me $80 more than I would have previously thought. No matter how you look at it, that's wrong. They're going to steal your money. I have been working hard with PayPal and Loóna to get a refund. So far, I have been denied, and now they aren't responding to me. I am beyond angry, and I really did not need this extra headache. Soooo unprofessional and terrible customer service. It looks like I'm not the only one they have done this to either. Just disgusting and infuriating. DO NOT give them access to your money. They cannot be trusted.

Some kids may find these centering sleepscapes helpful for transitioning to bedtime, though using the audio features right before sleep would be best. The main content in Loóna: calm, relax and slee‪p are the sleepscapes. These are like guided meditative sessions in which users follow directions to slowly add color and enhancements to a 3D image as they listen to a story. The coloring aspect resembles the calming, purposeful concentration involved in using a coloring book. If kids get into it, the sleepscapes can be quite soothing, as they require just the right amount of concentration. Although this is a purposeful design element, some kids may find it frustrating that there's an eight-hour wait before they can access a new sleepscape and that they can't choose which new sleepscape to do. And, though the activity is calming, some kids may be better off not staring at screens right before going to sleep.

Though sleepscapes are clearly designed specifically for inducing a sleep state, the other content could be used at other times of day for general calming. The audio stories and music aren't particularly unique, but Loóna: calm, relax and slee‪p has a decently sized collection of both, from a variety of themes. So, especially if your kid is having a lot of trouble transitioning away from screens, an app like this might help that process along.
