Is It Any Good?
PEWPEW 2 is an app with simple graphics, simple gameplay, and a high nostalgia value. Kids who are used to flashier games may be less than impressed. On the other hand, the amount of onscreen action will appeal to kids who enjoy traditional arcade gaming. The virtual controls may also frustrate younger or less-experienced gamers, but the visual impact is engaging enough to keep kids trying to work it out.
