What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Rollercoaster Extreme is a fast-paced, "racing" game that requires players to speed along a rollercoaster track that weaves in and out of the buildings of New York City. Making it to the finish line with a high-scoring time (or even a qualifying time) requires a good deal of skill, as you must make your rider weave and duck to avoid obstacles along the way.

Is It Any Good?
ROLLERCOASTER EXTREME can provide a whole lot of fun, while costing you nothing more than a few megabytes of hard drive space on your iDevice. There might not be much to it -- you ride a coaster through one of several New York neighborhoods, ducking and dodging obstacles, like signs and clothes lines, and reaching out to grab power-ups that give you extra bursts of speed -- it's a pretty exciting ride. In order to make it to the finish line with a qualifying time, you'll need to use turbo bursts quite often -- and that means you'll be zooming at wild speeds, still needing to bob and weave around in your sit as you fly along the track. It is a challenging but exhilarating ride.
