Super helpful tool!

This is a really good whiteboard tool for the web and iOS that can be used in a 1-to-1 classroom for brainstorming purposes or even group learning. This will allow children/students to use the whiteboard as a means to share ideas with their peers and then present them to teachers for evaluation. It promotes both creativity and group collaboration in an easy to manage manner. I like how there are many different options that allow you to underline text, draw out images, and even explain a math problem. The only real issue is that there is no work with audio or video so that is quite limiting. I definitely recommend if you are an educator in a 1-to-1 classroom or even just trying to promote group work effectively in a classroom environment.

Best whiteboard app for high school educators!

As an educator, this app has been critical for reaching my students. There've been so many times in my 12 years teaching, that I've had a student sitting at the back of the room who can't see the whiteboard or the overhead. This app allows for so many uses, one of which is the ability for students to see what is being presented by their teachers directly on their computer screens (or their devices) right in front of them. No more squinting from the back of the room or students who have to crank their neck around another student to see the board. Possibly the best perk of all? You can use PDFs of files you've already created on the interactive whiteboard. You can choose to give students access to either view the document only or allow them to collaborate on the document with you so that they can highlight or mark up questions about what has been taught. This has absolutely changed my teaching of high school mathematics for the better!

What’s It About?

A simple demo board gets kids started drawing with SCRIBBLE TOGETHER WHITEBOARD. Use a blank canvas, or load a picture or PDF file as a backdrop. Simple drawing tools include a handful of colors, an eraser, and a disappearing pen. Tap the Share button to generate a special code or link that you can share with family and friends. When they join the board, all can draw together and see edits in real time. Kids can also export boards as a PDF or share a static link to their board.

This simple drawing platform finds its strength in its streamlined, easy approach to sharing boards across devices. The drawing tools are rudimentary, with only a small number of colors, two pen tip weights, and a few other little extras. This makes Scribble Together Whiteboard less of a drawing tool and more of a platform for sharing with faraway friends and family. Sometimes, when you're trying to explain something complicated, or work with someone on a new idea, it's easier to draw it out than explain it in words. And that's exactly what Scribble Together Whiteboard lets kids do, regardless of where the person they're talking with is physically. It's a really easy process to share boards with others, and it's fun to watch the board update in real time as your partner or partners draw on the whiteboard. With this method, kids can get homework help, collaborate on projects, or draw on documents or pictures with anyone, anywhere.
