The Little Red Hen: Animated Storybook
Is It Any Good?
This classic children's bedtime story is simple and sweet. The animations are very basic but the graphics are gorgeous. The book opens with a mandolin playing. A child's voice, sometimes halting as if also learning to read, tells the story. When tapped the hen clucks, the dog barks, the cat mews and the mouse says "squeak squeak". Sadly, switching to Read By Myself didn't disable these cute sound effects.
