Let the Children March

I thought that Let the Children March was a really great and inspiring book. It's about times where people of color where thought badly off. Martin Luther King Jr. gives a speech at the beginning saying that they had to fight for their rights. The parents told him that they would lose their jobs if they did that and refused to fight. So a boy stood and said, " I will fight for my freedom." So it was decided that the children would take over that fight. They were arrested and hurt, but eventually, they changed their treatment forever. Although there was violence, it ended happy.
