What parents need to know

Parents need to know that Fallout 76 is the latest installment in the popular role-playing game franchise for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Fallout 76 takes place in a future where the world has been devastated by nuclear warfare, and a small group of humanity retreated to fallout shelters called Vaults to try to survive the danger. This installment of the game will take place in West Virginia, and players will emerge from Vault 76 to explore an irradiated wasteland full of mutants, monsters, and the scattered remnants of humanity. While players will have the option to play through the game by themselves, this is the first Fallout game to be completely online, and is designed around multiplayer gaming. Players can expect large amounts of blood and gore in combat using a variety of weapons ranging from swords and rifles to portable nuclear warhead launchers. There will also be a large amount of profanity used in dialogue, as well as possible nudity and drug use.
