Is It Any Good?
It's incredible how many tips and tricks that Chef Alex unveils go against conventional wisdom. Cooking the Perfect Burger is not only a surprisingly entertaining instructional video for burger newbies (burbies?), but experienced burgermeisters should walk away with more than a few tips and tricks to add to their own practice.
