In a thoughtful presentation, this documentary explores a wide landscape of viewpoints to better understand the importance of wolves in shaping the American past and future. While dialogue-heavy and a little prone to rambling off-topic, this intelligent collection of ideas encourages viewers to reimagine the connection between people and nature through the eyes of history, present efforts, and forward-thinking conversations. Viewers interested in history and environmental topics will find lots to think about and discuss. However, young viewers hoping to see more wolves in action and fewer people talking may be disappointed.
