Intended as a celebration of 18 years, seven albums, and huge amounts of fan love, KATY PERRY: THE LIFETIMES TOUR - LIVE FROM PARIS is an immersive concert film. Filmed over two nights with 60 cameras, the mix of performances and behind-the-scenes footage goes for "main character energy" as Perry takes the stage to belt out her catchy, chart-topping tunes against a backdrop of impressive visuals, sounds, lighting, and choreography, all accompanied by clear messages of inspiration and fan appreciation.
Is It Any Good?
Feeling somewhat like a live-action thank you note, this concert experience is as immersive as it is emotional. Connecting with her audience, her fans, and her own personal journey, Perry's two-hour-plus performance in Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour - Live from Paris exceeds expectations, capturing raw behind-the-scenes footage, intimate moments, and unrehearsed surprises—as well as lots of impressive onstage numbers.
The catchy tunes sound as familiar as they always have, but there's a maturity behind Perry's stage presence here that's reflective of her many years as a pop icon, mother, and human. That personal growth doesn't go unnoticed, and while her vocal and dance performances aren't always letter-perfect, the gratitude, fan support, and pure joy she exudes definitely make up for any shortcomings.
